The following undersigned persons are in total disagreement with the D.E.C.'s proposed regulations on outdoor wood furnaces under section 247.10. We believe these regulations would be an infringement on our rights and freedoms as Americans to burn wood which is a renewable source to heat our homes as our fore fathers did for hundreds of years before us. We further believe that Local government, Towns and Villages, should be the governing body to instill laws and enforcement on it local people not government agencies like D.E.C.
