Proposition for Importation of the VW Golf with 4 Motion

We, the undersigned, would wish to express our collective interest in the importation of the Golf with 4 Motion package. Some of us do not wish to possess a Jetta, Passat, or Touareg, but would rather own a Golf. We desire the importation of All trim levels with all engine options currently available and some not available up to this point be equipped with the 4 Motion capability on both Automatic and Manual transmissions. Based upon the recent success of the R32 trial in the United States, we believe it would be a profitable business venture to produce 5000 Golfs with 4 Motion for each Canada and the U.S. in all trim options. A number of the undersigned have also expressed interest in the importation of the more powerful TDI engines included with 4 Motion to accommodate relative power loss from additional friction. The reasons for which we desire the importation of the Golf with 4 Motion being one of if not many of the following;
A preference for the Golf aesthetically but a desire for 4 Motion capabilities
A need for capability on mountain roads in adverse weather but either financial or personal preference of the Golf
A desire for the most fuel efficient model but a need of improved adverse weather handling capability
A desire for a track or weekend racing vehicle with improved handling capability
A desire to brag about AWD
A reinforced feeling of security in a more financially available vehicle from VW

Some of your current TDI owners find a single diesel option to be not enough, in a sense that some people desire fuel efficiency more, others desire more power, and even some desire better towing abilities. As such, we believe it to be a wise decision to not import a single version of your famous TDI engine.

Our proposition is to import a total of 10,000 Golf 4 Motion vehicles to your U.S. and Canadian customers with the desire to liquidate a minimum of 50\% of them within a period of 30 months. If this does not occur and it is found in the Volkswagen Automotive Corporations best interests to discontinue this line, then we, the undersigned, will support Volkswagen completely in the recall of the line.
