I BELIVE THAT ALL SEXUAL OFFENDERS SHOULD HAVE TO WEAR IDENTIFICATION ON THEIR WRIST. I BELIVE THAT LETTERS SHOULD BE SENT OUT TO EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY OF A SEXUAL OFFENDER WITHIN 50 MILES OF THEIR HOMES. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SEE THAT ALL SEXUAL OFFENDERS SERVE A MINUMIUM OF 50 YEARS. IF AGREEDED PLEASE SIGN THIS AND CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSMEN. IT IS IMPORTANT TO PROCTECT OUR CHILDREN FROM SCUM. ENOUGH CHILDREN HAVE BEEN RUINED FROM THEIR EVILS.
