Public Inquiry into Family Court of Thunder Bay and the removal of Justice Joyce Elders

For some reason we have to go through a trial because we're not able to agree that someone who's lied to police, parents, child's father and the court is not the right choice for the child's best interests. 

That's right, today the judge asked me, besides changing who has custody, what we could change in the court order to avoid going to trial. My response was simple; the court has some serious problems if if thinks it is acceptable for an individual who lies to police, the court, her entire circle of friends and her child's father, constantly, to be left in charge of making decisions for another person's life, especially a child's life.

I am going to start a petition to have Justice Joyce Elders removed from her position because she is not compotent or capable of doing her job as it is intended in the true definition and intention of the laws of our country. Furthermore, she cost Logan and I a significant amount of time together during her "management" of the case. The second judge, Justice Marc Bode, wrote the amount of time was not enough and was startled Logan and I had not spent over nights together by the time of his involvement. Even though he made these obvious observations, he also stated his decision was based on a lack of proof I could parent Logan. So, he acknowledged Logan and I were treated unfair in one paragraph, then later used that to base his decision. He should have given Logan and I overnights and allowed proof I was capable of fathering a child to eliminate that component of doubt. Instead, he let us down. This is your Canada, ladies and gentlemen. The Canada my life was offered while serving with the Canadian Forces to protect.
