Put A Stop To Backyard Breeders

At the present time shelters are over whelmed with dogs of all ages, sizes, a mixed breeds. I am starting this petition to try and put a stop to backyard breeding to reduce the amount of unwanted dogs that sit in shelters and rescues. Breeding dogs isnt about money, its about bettering the breed and breeding within the Canadian Kennel Club standards. Each day dogs are being euthanized simply because of over population witch is not fair to the animal. This could easily avoided by making back yard breeding illegal. The only people who should be able to breed are the people registered with in the Canadian kennel club. I believe that this will reduce the number of dogs being born, the number of dogs being euthanized and that end up in shelters. Dogs shouldnt have to suffer due to irresponsible people so please help put a stop to backyard breeders.
