In the United States of America we have several things to be greatful for. The number one honor we can have is Freedom. We as American have several acts that we can express according to the U.S. Constitution. We have the right under Amendment I - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression which is defined as "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."











I uphold the law's but sometimes I believe that this is used unfairly and in poor judgement. My petition that I will submit is to have a certain WebSite shut down because this group calls themselves a church and recites out of the bible. To me they out breaking the Constitution because it doesn't show peaceable to assemble. This group is actually picketing funeral for our hero's that lost their life, the mining accident in West Virginia, Hurricane Katrina and many more tragic new. Please look at the website for yourself before you sign the petition and you will see how they few the importance of all American's coming together when needed. This isn't a church these people our racist and hipocrits but they state it is all because of "fags'--well first of all I don't care about someone sexual preference, race, etc. The website is http://www.godhatesfags.com/main/index.html.
