This petition is for either the re-opening of Squaw Creek Reservoir (listed for stocking purposes as TXU Contract Lake #1 at http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/fishboat/fish/action/stock_bywater.php?WB_code=2009), or the removal of all aquatic species paid for the by the tax payers of the State of Texas. Said specimens will be restocked in either Eagle Mountain Lake, Benbrook Lake and Lake Bridgeport. The continued stocking of this lake by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (hereafter refered to as TPWD), only accessible to the excutives and employees of Texas Utilies Commission and OnCore Electric, is a gross misappropriation of resources.
Therefore, unless the lake is re-opened to the public, the continued stocking and existence of life within the lake is a waste of resources. To conserve the previous stocking efforts of the TPWD, the fish within the lake should be removed and reallocated to other public lakes within the region.

Public monies diverted to the private few is an absurd waste of public resources. Re-open the lake for public use. The water and resources in it belong to the People of the State of Texas.
