We the undersigned beneficial shareholders of Polymedica (PLMD) who have been damaged financially by underhanded individuals and/or institutions who have short sold shares of PLMD. We believe the company should immediately institute a recapitalization plan that requires all common shareholders to turn in their shares for a new class of common stock. Mr. Lee, Mr. Walters and Mr. Farrell, we have a tremendous regard for your morals, abilities and judgement and we therefore trust you will entertain our request.
