We the fans plan to achieve a recasting for the Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) dub by FUNimation Entertainment.
In early 2010, FUNimation announced they were dubbing Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) along with a couple of other anime. This rouse doubts within the fan community as to whether they will mess it up or not. In September, they announced who would be voicing what roles within the dub, bringing about more doubt and more upset fans. Now in October, they showed a preview of what the dubbing is going to be like, and which became unacceptable to us fans.
We demand that FUNimation recast the series and let us choose who should voice what roles within the dub - vi posting a clip from the series along with the auditioning voices and letting us vote. We also demand that they do not change any lines from the original, seeing as changing lines makes the characters sound out of place in the series. Our demands are quite simple, and if FUNimation really does listen to us fans, than they will listen to us when we call for a recast.
