Redesign the Nissan Patrol 2010 - إعادة تصميم شكل النيسان باترول 2010

بتاريخ 18 من شهر ديسمبر 2008 تم الكشف عن صور قد تسربت للنيسان باترول 2010, و ردة فعل محبين السيارة كانت بجد مريبة و مليئة بالإحباط الذي ساد منتديات السيارات و محبي السيارة.

فمن الشكل الذي رأيناه للباترول يمكن أن نقول بأن السيارة قد فقدت شكلها الذي لا طالما تعودنا عليه من الخطوط المستقيمة و كاريكاتير السيارة المعروف من الشكل القوي و الشبابي حيث أن نيسان جعلت من هذه السيارة إضافة إلى فئاتها للسيارات العائلية الأخرى.

بالنسبة للمقصورة الداخلية لا يمكن التعليق عليها بطريقة سلبية فما رأيناه من صور تعكس الفخامة التي أضافتها الشركة للسيارة و لكن خارجيا فقدت السيارة شكلها الصلب و المخيف و الأسواق الرئيسية للسيارة من دول الخليج و أستراليا نظن بأن السيارة لا تعد بمبيعات عالية كسابق عهدها.

فكأن شركة نيسان تعيد عقارب الزمن إلى سنة 1997 حينما أصدرت الشكل الجديد كليا للنيسان باترول 1998 الذي فشل لمدة 4 سنوات على التوالي من شكل و من قوة و أداء مما جعل الشركة إلى إعادة تصميم السيارة بصورة بسيطة و المحرك بشكل كامل من 4.5 إلى 4.8 بنظام VTEC
الشيء الذي أدى إلى نجاح السيارة هائل و أصبح شراء السيارة عبر قوائم الإنتظار.

الشكل الجديد للسيارة مهما كان لا يمكن له أن يمثل شكل النيسان الذي عهدناه و مهما تقبل محب النيسان الشكل الجديد لن يكون مثل سابقه, فلقد محت الشركة صفات هذه السيارة عبر الشكل الجديد, و نقطة أخرى واضحة من الصور بأن السيارة ستفقد بعض الشيء الأداء المعهود في الصحراء بسبب ماص الصدمات الأمامي الذي سيكون بمثابة إعاقة للسيارة و أيضا العجلة الإحطياطية الموجودة في أسفل مؤخرة السيارة.

نأمل بأن شركة نيسان f 1998 model has been released where the car suffered for 4 consecutive years of low sales for reasons like shape and poor performance compared to competitors in its class which has made Nissan redesign the looks of the car in 2002 and remake the engine from a SOHC 4.5L into a monstrous VTEC DOHC 4.8L that reached a peak volume of sales up until the latest model of 2009 where actually lines of people started to buy the car and since two years the car has always been in demand and has a minimum waiting list of 2 months.

The new shape doesnt represent the Nissan Patrol true identity and this design really kills the character of the Patrol history, with the new shape the car lost its aggressive looks and somehow from the pictures it looks like it is not going to be a great desert car because of the low front bumper and because of the probability that the spare tire will be located under the rear part of the cars chassis, nevertheless the Patrols original character has bulkiness and straight lines that the fan eyes sees since the 1980s which simply got killed in this design .

Hopefully by signing this petition Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Might reconsider the design and not go the same step that Toyota did with the landcuiser because from what we know Nissan is much better known as a customer oriented company and always would like to provide what the customer wants the most.

I on the other hand had really high hopes for the new shape before I saw the leaked photos and through my humble experience of selling cars and specially the Nissan Patrol for approximately 3 years I can see how this will turn off the sales and it might become like what happened to Toyota where 80\% of the people who was on the order list for the new shape canceled when they saw the new shape and went to alternative cars like the Nissan Patrol, GMC Yukon or the Chevrolet Tahoe.
