We, the fans of professional cycling, believe the organizing bodies of the sport (the UCI and the CPA) and specifically the race organizers ASO, RCS and AEG are treating the fans, the team sponsors and the riders poorly.
We call on professional cyclists, particularly the champions and leaders of the professional peloton to boycot the races of these organizers until such time as reasonable, transparent and definitive regulations for participation, compensation and eligibility are agreed upon and enforced in a neutral, binding and fair manner.
Our sport is under siege - not by doping - but by bureaucrats who seek more to manage 'the appearance of fairness' than actual fairness.
Like the peloton - none of us alone can go as fast as all of us together. The fans who love and support your sport want you to stop and fix this mess.
