Gilbert Arenas and Javaris Crittenton have been given unjust punishments by David Stern - who should have been gone (forced to resign) over 5 years ago after handing similar punishments in the aftermath of "The Malice at the Palace".
Stern has no regard or respect for the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution - which guarantees the right to keep and bear arms.
By allowing the suspensions to stand, the NBA is claiming that a 200 plus-year old law should not be obeyed.
The suspensions might also set a bad precedent if allowed to stand. So, I think it is in the NBA's best interest if the two were reinstated.
