Repeal Seat Belt Law in New Jersey

I am trying to get a the law changed in the State of New Jersey. I need to 10,000 signatures to get started. I would like the seat belt law to be repealed. I think it should be your choice to wear a seat belt. This means you should not have to wear a seat belt if you do not want to. Please sign my petition.
