Request to offer CS242 Over Summer 07'

Students working towards a degree in the CS or CEG departments are all required to take a 3 course series (CS240,CS241 and CS242) as part of a prerequisite for entering into their respective programs. We, the students on the track for entering the College soon were disheartened to find out that the third class in this series (CS242) is not currently scheduled over Summer Quarter 2007. This impedes our progress entering our respective programs and pushes our potential graduation date back at least a couple of quarters. We, the undersigned and motivated students at WSU, wish to implore you to consider offering this integral class to those of us that wish to take it, thereby keeping our momentum entering our programs. We, the undersigned would sign up for a CS242 over Summer Quarter 2007 if it were to be offered.
