We The Undersigned, as customers of BT Total Broadband, hereby demand that you withdraw from using Phorm or Phorm-derived advertisement software upon your network. We demand that you be more transparent in your testing of future systems and demand that you respect the privacy of your paying customers, and obey the LAW with regards to UK privacy laws. Our information is NOT yours to sell on for any purpose, and under the Data Protection Act, any such information MUST be protected and assumed as Opt-Out in the event of marketting use. This means in plain English, that you violate UK law if you sell any information about your customers on, to any service without prior written consent of the party or parties involved, and failure to comply with this is a criminal offence, that all affected parties are fully entitled to bring to a UK court of law.

You, British Group Plc, owner of the the BT Total Broadband services are obliged to comply with both the law, and we The Undersigned, demand that you respect our privacy, and request our express permissions before deploying ANY such targetted advertising scheme which monitors the browsing habits of your client base.
