We, the Undersigned, respectively request the reuniting of the characters of Sonny & Emily. Being that Sonny & Emily are General Hospitals next Super Couple, it would be unfair to keep them apart for any length of time. Their friendship, their honesty, their commitment, their love is like none other we have seen on Daytime. The pairing of the characters of Sonny Corinthos & Emily Quartermaine set the example for others in which to follow.
The union of Sonny & Emily has brought many viewers back to General Hospital for all those reasons stated above. If you choose to ignore this fact, you will be contributing to the distinct possibility that those very same viewers will dissent from your show just as quickly as they returned.
Additionally, the pairing of Sonny & Emily sets the standard for what an honest to goodness, healthy relationship should be like. Given that the character of Sonny Corinthos is currently seeking treatment for Bi-Polar/Manic Depression, the parting of Sonny & Emily completely negates the concept of healthy relationships. Yet another reason, to reunite them.
Please reunite Sonny & Emily and continue to set the precedent for Daytime television, that a true and pure love will prevail.
