PETITION:
We, the undersigned,
plead to Canadas Minister of Justice, and/or the Supreme Court, to review and investigate Darren Koehns false "2nd Degree Murder conviction, following the tragic accidental death of Jeremy Harris, his 3 year-old stepson, (September 1, 1994).
We, the undersigned,
believe that a gross miscarriage of justice has occurred - based on FALSE EVIDENCE - introduced through medical report ERRORS, [described in Darrens appeal, available at www.FreeDarrenKoehn.com ].
We, the undersigned,
oppose the wrongful and prolonged imprisonment of this man, as the verdict clearly refuted his explanation of accident based on this FALSE medical evidence [only discovered after the trial, but now easily confirmed as erroneous].
We, the undersigned
urge the Justice Minister to investigate this case - to restore public confidence in the administration of Justice, and to restore the loving memory of Jeremy Harris through exposing the ramifications that corrected medical evidence would corroborate that he was neither murdered, nor abused.
