It is the opinion that I, the undersigned, feel that the treatment of Mr. Robert Vaughan and his nephew at the February 27, 2007 Edmonton Oilers game is unlawful and a blatant violation of free speech. Mr. Vaughan had the words "Trade Lowe" duct-taped onto his back and was assulted by security who forced the removal of the words. We ask that Kevin Lowe, General Manager of the Edmonton Oilers, immediately apologise to Mr. Vaughan, in person, and offer reparations to Mr. Vaughan's nephew who was forced to wintness the physical violence.
