The petition is to turn into San Francisco County, San Mateo County Ordinance: Any vehicle without passenger safety cage(s): cycle, skateboard, roller skate and related safety helments, body padding cannot be colored mat black, mat gray. It must be colored in such manner that it can be seen by larger passenger vehicles.
