The undersigned petition Flagstaff City Council to review their Noise Control procedures and policies, to ensure that the current imposed noise limit of 88 db in Wheeler Park, and 90db in all other City Parks is raised to a realistic level (Concerts in the Park & Movies on the Square regularly reach 90-96 db.)We believe it should be a minimum of 92 to ensure that Flagstaff's valuable community music festivals are allowed to continue to exist.
