Save Motspur Park. BBC staff have been able to stay healthy and fit to work, for years, by using the facilities of the BBC Club, participating in sports and other activites at Motspur Park. Also Staff and families are able to attend activities their such as Bonfire Night. BBC Property own Motspur Park and let the BBC Club have use of it, however the running of Motspur Park was handed over to Hawkesbrook, and they have had financial difficulties resulting in the terminating of their contract and the closure of Motspur Park. The BBC are considering selling it, but it can not be developed, so this would be pretty pointless, and more importantly a huge sad loss to those sections of the club that need it's facilities. Please keep Motspur Park for BBC Club members and staff.

During my 25 years at the BBC this facility has been an invaluable place not just for recreation but for BBC employees to meet,talk and welcome non BBC licence -fee payers. It would be a tragic and pointless loss
