This petition is in place in order to keep Ms. Crist teaching at Ishpeming High School and to keep all of her classes. By the end of the 2008-2009 school year Ms. Crist will be moved to C.L. Phelps Middle School in order to teach English. Ms. Crist has been a very important part of the high school and has been there for fifteen years. All of her elective classes, Independent Living, Personal Living, Child Development 1 & 2 and Nutrition and Foods, will no longer available. Speech and Composition, two classes that she created, will be given to Mr. Stiles. Each of her classes have a waiting list and many think that the classes should be mandatory due to the life lessons they teach. By signing this petition you will show your support for Ms. Crist and her classes!
