We the employees of Dunder Mifflin - DMI feel Miss Beesly was unfairly stripped of her position of RM at the Schaumburg Branch.
The 80\% or higher rating required by Corporate was extremely hard for larger branch RM's to achieve due to the vast numbers of employees who became inactive during the final weeks of DMI 1.0.
Miss Beesly had the respect and admiration of the employees under her as well as those from other branches. She performed the duties of her position with honesty and integrity. Her branch was consistently in the Top 10/20 DMI Branches week after week.
Leading a branch the size of Schaumburg is daunting and would have tested the patience and skill of even the most dedicated of DMI management persons.
Yet week after week Miss Beesly rose to the task and led her branch with poise and dignity.
She was active in the forums, helpful and friendly to all, and proved herself to be worthy of the title Regional Manager.
For these reasons and many others we feel she should be returned to the position of Schaumburg Regional Manager.
