The FIA are looking to REMOVE Top Methanol Dragster (one of the most closely contested and also nearest in terms of times and speeds to our american counterparts) to bring in PRO MOD. Not only can we not lose TMD, but this would likely DESTROY PRO MOD by forcing 8 car Fields (with 20+ trying to qualify). We cannot allow this to happen!!!

The possible demise of TMD is very alarming. Both classes run now quite smoothly at the big events and why is there aneed to change this. Yes upgrade Pro-Mods but let TMD continue for the time being. It is the step below the top in terms of rail dragsters

The FIA state the class is shrinking yet all signs are that it is experiencing a resurgence. The racers have no time to handle this change, appear not to have been consulted, and frankly have been given a very raw deal. In addition, reducing Pro Mod to 8
