SBC Contract Requirements

Start sending paper (signature required to be returned) agreements to people when they sign up for, or upgrade their services that "require" a new contract, (Such as DSL) So the customer KNOWS what they are signing up for and they know their services "contract" has been extended (if upgrading). Also, start telling people that you MAY cap their services on certain packages (DSL Pro Package) at slower than advertised speeds (Advertised = up to 3Mb/s, Capped = 2Mb/s)
