Im sorry that its come to this, Senator. However, your comments against one of our own, Howard Dean, has compelled us respond to you. You dare criticize a fellow democratic leader because hes criticizing people who are trying to destroy our democracy?
Yet, on the other hand, Senator, where were your comments/criticisms when the Repuglicans (they are truly repugnant) illicitly impeached a Democratic president, or when they smeared the subsequent Democratic nominee as a serial liar, or when they stole the presidency, or when they looted the Treasury, or when they deceived America into war, or when they stole the presidency again? Nobody knows, Senator, because you were not heard. You did, however, caution the Congressional Black Caucus that challenging the stolen elections was divisive. Nice going. Youve just constantly been voting your economic interests and corporate interests, and have simply disregarded the common man.
Its time to give it a rest, Senator. Please, in the name of democracy, resign. Announce your plans to retire, so we may have time to find a real patriot and representative of the people. We need champions of democracy wholl stand up to this fascist evil empire that is permeating our country and even the world! Theyre trying to take away our democracy, Senator, and youre not doing anything about it. Finally, we have Howard Dean fearlessly doing something about it, and you denigrate him. Shame on you.
Worst of all, people are dying, being maimed, and families being torn apart all because of a President who lied to us about war, let alone our declining economy, lost liberties, jobs going overseas, corporate-interest media, etc. Yet, by being silent, let alone your voting record, you are complicit. You wont even take a stand to call our lying President a liar! Pathetic.
You and your family are set for life. So, please, leave now. Be the first complicit, spineless Democratic Senator to do the right thing. Obviously, youre in to them too deep to change. We voted for you, Senator. We thought you were one of us. Youre not. But, now, you can make partial amends for the blood already on your hands, before its too late for all of us.
