The other day I was flabbergasted to see an elderly woman beg a much younger man at my local bank ( Commonwealth) to give her a chance to see a teller as she was in pain. She was ignored, and none of the teller could use their commonsense to fix her. Although it is customer service we need to sympathise with the elderly as they are physically deteriorating , especially the elderly lady I saw in my local bank.
