Dear Cingular;
We, the undersigned, are Cingular customers and employees of the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center. We have noticed a degradation in coverage in a number of locations around SLAC that started approximately April 5. We understand that Cingular has terminated their lease for an antenna on Building 50, an antenna that was previously shared by Cingular and T-Mobile. We would like to express our disappointment with Cingulars decision to do this, especially in light of the fact that many of us have binding contracts with Cingular and have encouraged our friends, family and coworkers to join Cingular. In addition, many of us joined Cingular in the first place with the expectation of continued good service due to Stanford Universitys Cingular Premier status. Please do whatever it takes to restore service at SLAC to its former level.
