Small change to the rules of Bravo TV's "Top Chef"

For all fans of Bravo TV's "Top Chef"

As an avid watcher of this show and a true fan of all that it embodies, I formally petition Bravo TV to consider making a format change for Season 6 of Top Chef.

One of the most often heard phrases from the chefs competing in this $100,00 challenge, season after season, is "I'm not a pastry chef". To be a Top Chef you should not only be able to show your talent, creativity and consistency, but you should be well rounded as well.

Therefore, I propose that "Top Chef: Season 6" should make it mandatory that half of the challenges are dessert challenges. From a casting side, it would bring in a completely untapped selection of chefs throughout the country. This would not only give the viewer a chance to see more creativity, but would keep the show fresh, and keep viewership up.
