To date, there are numerous flaws, glitches, stat tracking problems and server stability issues when the recently released SOCOM 3 is played online. While some technical problems are expected from any ground breaking online game, too many of these issues currently exist and are not being corrected in a timely manner.
This is the course of action we would like:
Either
1) Correct these issues immediately
or
2) Offer full refunds immediately to those who have purchased the game and play it online and are affected by the technical flaws. Obviously, the game and all inserts would have to be returned to you in an undamaged condition to qualify for a full refund.
