We The Undersigned, strongly believe that Ellusionist LLC should immediately cease and desist all copyright infringement claims. The claims Ellusionist LLC makes lead to individuals and hosting companies removing valid educational material is nothing more than bullying. Ellusionist LLC scares individuals into thinking they will have their internet service revoked due to violations of terms of service. Ellusionist LLC scares companies into thinking a law suit is pending, but charges will be dropped if the company revokes users posts, websites, forums, videos, pictures and many other forms of information.
Magic is a series of actions, and copyrights cannot be filed on actions. The only valid claims are on the names Ellusionist LLC gives the effects and the media they create.
We The Undersigned, are asking you to to quit trying to prevent the completely lawful spread of our wonderful art form that we love. If these attempts to bully us, we will start a full on boycott on everything published by Ellusionist LLC, and everyone who sells items via Ellusionist LLC.
