We, the undersigned know friends, neighbors and fellow Vermonters who depend on Patient Directed Attendant Care (PDAC) for assistance with those daily essential tasks that help make them independent. Their independence is a vital matter for the economic health of our state. Without their attendants our fellow citizens would be unable to live independent lives in our community and their families would be required to drastically change their lives. The economic and emotional impact on Vermont's citizens in need is incalculable.
