We the residents of Coconut Creek and surrounding cities petition the governments of Coconut Creek, Broward County, State of Florida, and the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs to deny the rezoning of the 44 acres adjoining the Coconut Creek Casino to build a 27 story 1500 room Las Vegas Style casino Hotel. The residents also request these government entities do everything in their power to stop the application to place the 44 acres in trust as was done by the Supreme Court Sherrill NY vs. Oneida Indian Nation NY case in March 2005
