Stop the Greencard Lottery

WE THE UNDERSIGNED having familiarized ourselves with the purposes, history and regulations of the UNITED STATES GREEN CARD LOTTERY, including the lists of eligible and in-eligible participant countries, many of which impose severe restrictions on the mobility, immigration and naturalization of UNITED STATES CITIZENS both in law and in practice DO HEREBY MAKE PETITION TO OUR RESPECTIVE REPRESENTATIVES INCLUDING MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AND SENATORS as follows:

I That the UNITED STATES GREEN CARD LOTTERY be immediately discontinued and any similar programs be withdrawn and discontinued and forbidden through law and stipulation to be drafted by and decided upon by our members of congress with our approval and support.

II That law enforcement agencies and the intelligence community greatly enhance their efforts to ensure that so-called immigration services and attorneys are not working against the security, interests and safety of the AMERICAN PEOPLE, including the cultural and political stability of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

III That future immigration policy and visa waiver programmes be required to include a MUTUAL BENEFIT ASPECT, including easing of restrictions on mobility, immigration and naturalization of UNITED STATES CITIZENS, the successul approval and drafting of such MUTUAL BENEFIT ASPECTS being a basic requirement for the approval of any policy to ease immigration in particular circumstances.

IV That the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA immediately cease and desist from accepting immigrants and refugees from countries proven to be of high risk for criminal and terrorist activities and concentrate skilled immigration programmes in accordance with MUTUAL BENEFIT ASPECTS and with FOCUS ON MEMBER COUNTRIES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES.

This petition is to be viewed as directed personally to each senator and each member of congress as well as to policy-makers at the respective government agencies and to THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
