Stop The Privatization Of Colorado's Trails

Dear Highlands Ranch Community Association

You recently opened a private trail system on Monarch Blvd. It is called "Wild Cat Trail". This is only the first of a phased privatization of 8,000 acres to the south of Highlands Ranch.

Your self serving plan creates a "them and us" environment that is directly opposite from the way that most people in Colorado plan to live their lives.

In the interests of all of us that live in Colorado, we ask that you reverse this decision and allow public access to all open space that you have the responsibility to manage.
