Strathclyde Unions Committee has chosen to turn millers (aka the Bubble) into a packed lunch area for during the day. To do this they are planning on removing the bar from that area and creating a chill out zone, this means that this bar will no longer be available to us during the evenings for karaoke (they are apparently planning on removing the television screens). This however is only the beginning, they are also planning to shut the priory during the day and turn it into a high class cocktail bar at night time, while I have no problem with the cocktail bar (as the priory currently seems a little aimless at night time) why should a popular daytime coffee house be closed to cater for this keep it open, coffee in the morning cocktails in the evening. So basically this petition is for those people that do not want this to happen.
