In reference to the lodgement of a Section 96 at Suite 2, 96 – 100 Ebley St Bondi Junction, I have read the following points and fully support and agree that Anytime Fitness should be granted approval to open and operate a 24hr fitness Centre in Bondi Junction based on the following:
• The proposed business will provide a welcome alternative for the residents and workers of Bondi Junction currently frustrated by the restricted hours of operation and lack of flexibility being offered by other gymnasiums in the area;
• The 24hr operation is sympathetic with and meets the needs of those people who don’t work 9am till 5pm office hours in Bondi Junction and wish to maintain a healthy lifestyle in a safe environment;
• There are over 94 Anytime Fitness Clubs open in Australia and there has never been a police report of any criminal activity of members or guests over their 2.5 years of operation. The advanced security system provides a safe and secure environment where I will feel comfortable to train, anytime time of day; and
• The club is well positioned and convenient allowing the locals ease of access reducing the need to drive and park.
This document has been prepared by Sandi Reay (Anytime Fitness Bondi Junction - business owner) on our behalf and I fully support the Section 96 seeking 24hr approval.
