Survey: Motion that Canada ask the province of Quebec to retract from the Confederation

THIS PETITION IS A TARGET SURVEY ONLY - IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THE GOAL OR MESSAGE, FEEL FREE TO DECLINE TO SIGN To gauge the response of Canadians to the idea of a forced or requested retraction of the province of Quebec from the Confederacy Act and effectively separate from the rest of Canada. That the latest protests are stifling educational growth and the disorganized and aggressive behaviour that has been recurrent in the province over the past recent years; that the inter-provincial transfers directed to the province have exceeded 50% for consecutive years; that the self-entitlement culture stemming from history's past has created resentment on both sides of the aisle; that corruption and required attention has created a money drain of appease; that these causes and more have made the province a financially bankrupt institution draining resources from the rest of Canada. It is a province that has the means and institutions to pull itself out but has a population that feels entitled to full-spa treatment without having to incur costs or putting any effort into it. A population that feels it should be fed with a silver spoon and should not have to follow any law or adhere by any requirement it doesn't like but refuses to participate in the democratic process that determines such. This petition is a survey, a start, to send a message that the family is tired of paying and keeping an ungrateful guest. You want to e treated as an equal, start taking responsibilities.
