The Simpsons is a show that was once witty, cleaver, and had some of the best storylines on television. But a few years back, The Simpsons went very sour. They started making wacky, goofy jokes that just didn't fit them, they started changing the characters around and making them less enjoyable to watch, and worst of all, The Simpsons is abusing the privilege of being able to have a guest celebrity voice by having a at least 1 or 2 guest stars every episode.
Bottom line: the show has been going on for a long time now, it should've ended years ago on a high-note, but the writers just don't know when enough is enough and it's time to move on. And now that the show is renewed for two more seasons, I just can't stand to watch the show suffer any more.
I say 20th Century Fox should take The Simpsons off the air and save the show from any more embarrassing episodes.
