Enough with the unacceptable behavior of yours towards your customers.

It is time we speak up.
We are angry customers who keep asking for support.
We are angry customers waiting for support.
Actually, we are angry customers who have waited more than enough.

We want actions to the faulty product you have released.

You do not seem to care at all, but let me tell you personal here.
Money doesn't fall like rain.
I work day and night to earn that money.
Occasionally, I spend that earned money on entertaining products in order to try relaxing from work and daily stress.
A minimum of respect, please.

We want a patch. A real patch.
Not a 128MB waste of hard disk space that actually increased the game troubles.
A patch that will correct all our issues once and for all.

All these issues are being reported by dozens of customers every single day to the EA Support. That brings me to my next argument.

I have never experienced such an unqualified support.
They have no idea what a playstation3 actually is. I am not trying to be funny here, please proceed with the reading.
When i wrote a question few days ago regarding some online issues, somebody i will not cite replied me by informing me i should download a certain .EXE file and launch it.

Wait, what did i just say? An .exe file on playstation3?
Am i insane? No, i am not.
That individual actually gave me a fully detailed 775-word walkthrough on how that .exe file should be interpreted.


Alright, let's move on to the actual TF2 issues.
Oh right, before that i have a quite important question:
Why isn't there any THE ORANGE BOX forum on the EA FORUMS?
All games have a dedicated official forum to let customers express their needs and support. Even UEFA EURO 2008, that came out last week, already has its forum already running.
Explanations please.


EA, please get to work, here are the encountered issues:

*Ingame lag issues

*Spawn lag, i can't play any map except Granary


*"SUDDEN DEATH" launching for no reason on 4 out of 5 games
This mode is supposed to launch when a round time has elapsed. However since the patch, it is not. If a game has 5 rounds, SUDDEN DEATH will pop in at round 2 or 3. Once the SUDDEN DEATH mode is over, the game suddenly ends. Note that at the final score board, after that SUDDEN DEATH issue, the ingame volume suddenly triples. For example, if you're the winning team, the woman will say "VICTORY" at a sound volume tripled.


*Constantly getting ejected from servers on every single game
It is impossible to play a game from beginning to the end without getting ejected from a game. A message appears displaying "LOST CONNECTION".
Note that are we are disconnected from the server, but we are still connected to the PSN.


*When creating/joining a server, the loading screen does not show the "PERFORMANCE REPORT"
Normally, when creating/joining a server, the map loading screen displays our stats, which is known as the "PERFORMANCE REPORT".
Since the patch, occasionally it doesn't show. All we see is the loading icon with a background image.


*VOIP difficulties on every game
On every single game, we must quit and rejoin a particular server to be able to hear/talk on microphones without any problems such as voice cuts.


*3 tries (if not more) to have a server created
Even after clicking on "CREATE A SERVER", the server does not create. It actually loads infinitely. The one and only solution is the retry until it works.


*Friends not findable / bugs on "FRIENDS" menu on title screen
We have experienced 3 problems with the "FRIENDS" menu on the title screen. One is not having friends displaying, so to find them we need to try joining random servers. The second issue is that the friend list does not refresh. To solve that problem, we must quit the game and restart. Third, the friend list does not scroll. Therefore when having more than 5 friends playing, we can't scroll to see them. We're able to join their servers though, but it is impossible to see who the friend is.



*Players' nicknames displayed on the lower right
Normally when somebody talks on his microphone, his nickname will appear on the lower right of the screen. What happens now is that even when a user is not talking, his nickname will appear.
Note that we also see nicknames from members of the enemy team, and we see our own nickname..quite funny to see my nickname although i am not talking, isn't it? Note that occasionally we do not see anyone's nickname when they are talking.


*XMB's "PLAYERS MET" does not show all encountered players
Although you have told us the issue had been solved in the 128Mb patch..


*The TF2 title menu is often bugged.
The actual title menus of TEAM FORTRESS 2 often do not display. Instead of seeing the regular:
QUICK MATCH
CUSTOM MATCH
FRIENDS


We actually see:
CHANGE CLASS
CHANGE TEAM
DISCONNECT


Yes, the ingame menus replace the title menus..crazy isn't it?


*No private servers

*No game lobbies

*And all the menus lacking available in the Xbox360 version



I will add here an issue not related to TF2 but to single player modes of THE ORANGE BOX:

*Loading issues
.No instant respawn after death:
On PC and Xbox360, after death we respawn in an instant.
On PS3, bizarrely, it takes ages.

.Takes ages to load and quicksave / load an area on an entrance to another map area
