Texas Battle and Luis Arrieta for the Neon Genesis Evangelion live action movies

With this petition we are trying to get actors Texas Battle and Luis Arrieta in the Neon Genesis Evangelion live action movies. We believe they should play special exclusive characters with high prescence in the film. Like for example Luis Arrieta could play Teto Weaver, a mexican-american exchange student who is a tough looking cholo and Texas Battle as Lt. Carey Fuller, a special US representative sent to NERV. These 2 actors are very talented and it would be great if they are part of the films, they would offer award winning performances.
