It is time for us to stand and say enough is enough to the ridiculous
Texas Parks & Wildlife boat titling policies and procedures. The useless
so called " Matrix " implemented by T.P.W. to aquire, change, create, or otherwise title a boat, watercraft is way past due for change.
Possibly thousands of Texans yearly are denied boating rights because of
outdated unreasonable laws, as well as possibly millions of dollars lost in uncollected tax and registration fees.
We the people of Texas demand a say in this matter and want changes made immediatly.
