Bridget O'Brien knew and accepted that her husband was raping her daughter Fiona Doyle.

She referred to her as "her Father's Whore".

She neither protected her daughter, nor informed the police of what was happening.  She had a duty of care to her daughter.

She should be arrested and charged with Child Abuse.
