The Edge sports centre should arrange for a special sports pass for Martial Arts club members who are not currently university students.

The increased entrance fee at the sports centre is discouraging members of the Martial Arts Societies of the Leeds Union to train if they are not from the Leeds University.
The Martial Arts department seems to be the only one affected as it is the only department that benefits from having alumni and non Leeds uni members participating in training. It takes time to accumulate the experience to become a higher grade, so most of the high grades within our societies have already graduated and therefore having to pay the public entrance fee. This discourages them from training and results in the existing members from the benefits of their experience and skills.
This petition is aiming to get the sport centre to arrange for a special pass for members of Martial Arts societies to enter with a discounted price.
