1. Punishing vendors who sell games to minors based on an independent rating organization is i.)unconstitutional ii.)undependable iii.)not pratical
2. The act indirectly, but surely, affects our freedom of speech. If M-rated, AO-rate, RP-rated games are to be fined if sold to minors, vendors will stop stocking some of the most popular games, thus changing business models of current gaming companies, affecting the content of the games.
3. the FTC has no experience in evaluating what gamers want, and what is over-the-top, thus, as the bill suggested, to use the FTC to investigate if further action is needed, is inappropriate.
4. The assumption of violent video games leads to violent youths is false. Violence in youth percentage has dropped significantly dispite the increase amount of violent video games.
