The right to protect oneself from the threat of danger and death

Everyone over the age of 17 years to be allowed to carry pepper spray to protect from threat of danger, violence, or death. The police have every protection ie sprays, stun guns, guns, batons. We live on this planet as they do and it is your right as a human being to protect your life as the people on this planet are allowed to protect themselves and live a full life without the threat of death.When a threat of violence or death is upon you where is your protection?!!!. The police are not at your side to protect you they can only try to solve the issue later on when it is too late, and while you are dead the killer is alive. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO PROTECT YOUR LIFE.
