The Right To Videotape Executions

The First Amendment of The United States Constitution protects the right to freedom of religion and freedom of expression from government interference. Freedom of expression consists of the rights to freedom of speech, press, assembly and to petition the government for a redress of grievances, and the implied rights of association and belief. The Supreme Court interprets the extent of the protection afforded to these rights.
Because of the recent controversy of the use of lethal injection, and it's concerns with cruel and unusual punishment, and the 8th amendment that states: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. Because executions are not allowed to be performed by medical staff, and are performed by untrained staff of the prisons, all executions should now be videotaped, and or audiotaped to protect the inmate from cruel and unusual punishment.
These taped should be allowed to be viewed by the public if the inmate/and or lawyer chooses them to be.
Executions should not be taken so lightly, performed by untrained staff, and sometimes botched. All rights should be granted to the inmate to assure the execution was not botched.
We the undersigned agree to this, and demand all executions be stopped at once until this matter is solved.
