the smoking ban is stupid

this petition is to protect our civil rights as americans to smoke outside of our homes. it is an enfringement on our rights to ban smoking in our cars and our property. the government has already banned smoking in bars and in restaraunts we cant let them ban smoking completely. i dont know how many people have kids that cannot be around smoke. people that cannot smoke in their homes have nowhere else to smoke and if they get caught outside they get fined and if they dont pay the fines then they go to jail and im sure most people would rather see parents with their children than have kids running around asking where their parents are and them have to be told that they are in jail for smoking a cigarette. i dont know about the rest of america and the state of ohio but i think that this ban is ridiculos.
