Tim Sheens can NOT hold the Wests Tigers to ransom!

As a concerned Wests Tigers supporter we pledge our full support to our current CEO Scott Longmuir. The current coaching staff should be held fully accountable for the on field failures since 2005. Every employed position in the world needs to meet K.P.Is and be held accountable under strict guidelines including performance reviews; we see no reason why Tim Sheens and co should be any different.

The inability to rectify our obvious defensive issues along with unexplainably poor recruitment/retention needs to be answered to. No one person is bigger then this club and the board should NOT give in to Tim Sheens every demands. He is an employee, not a dictator. If Mr Longmuir loses his position simply because he tried to make our coaching staff acountable for their failings then it sends out a message that the club is happy with mediocrity and that Tim Sheens can effectively run the club for as long as he likes.

This is not a personal attack on Tim Sheens who we feel is a very good coach, however it has become obvious he is not the man to move the club forward.
