To Ban the use of plastic bags at grocery stores

I strongly urge the councils of the City of North Vancouver and the District of North Vancouver to take a leadership role in banning the use of plastic bags at the check out counters of grocery stores, convenience stores, fruit and vegetable markets, liquor stores sand any other retail outlets that regularly issue plastic bags to their customers.
